Our February Chapter ride will take us up the coast to the Ventura Harbor for a nice lunch on the water.
Well, we hoped that Mother Nature would cooperate, but apparently that didn't happen - in view of the adverse weather, the ride was cancelled.

Its time for the Pines to Palms ride...starting in Orange County and reaching out to Palm Springs.

The SW Star BBQ will be held March 26th and 27th in Chandler Arizona - the group will be leaving on Thursday the 25th and returning on the 28th.
This trip was about 1200 miles overall!

The April ride takes us to Idyllwild. A lovely trip through the San Jacinto Mountains.

The Laughlin River Run is being held April 21 through 25. Click here for additional info from the event website.
Our group will be riding out April 22 and returning the 25th.

We ride south to the historic gold mining town of Julian in May - great scenery, fun roads, really good time!

| Chapter Overnighter to Sedona Arizona |

We are riding May 14th through 16th to Sedona, Arizona for this year's Chapter Overnighter.
We will be staying at the lovely Oak Creek Terrace.
The mileage for this trip is about 500 miles each way.
We will stop at the Farmhouse for breakfast on the way!

In June we will have our annual StaRRanch fundraiser to benefit the Orange Senior Center. This years event is being held at the home of Carol and Charlie Wolfe.
We will be taking a short ride to the fundraiser.

In July we are travelling to Mt Pinos.
Mount Pinos is a mountain located in the Los Padres National Forest on the boundary between Ventura and Kern counties in California. The summit is the highest point in Ventura County.

A group will be travelling to the annual Star Days event which is being held in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The chapter group is planning a nice scenic ride there and back - for more info, contact Terry.

In August we will visit the USS Midway.
The USS Midway is one of America’s longest-serving aircraft carriers. Visitors to the USS Midway Museum enter a floating city at sea and walk in the footsteps of 225,000 Midway sailors who served our country and upheld the American ideals of strength, freedom and peace.

In September we have rescheduled the February Chapter ride and we will be going up the coast to the Ventura Harbor for a nice lunch on the water.

October we are riding up the Angeles Crest highway to Wrightwood.
Wrightwood is know as the town without a traffic light. Elevation 6,000 ft. Approximate population, 3,300. Only 15 miles off I-15, it's the easiest mountain drive in Southern California.

In November we ride to Old Town San Diego. This ride provides a little time for shopping and eating.
This uniquely Californian town offers visitors a chance to step back in time to the nineteenth century. This cultural and historic area is a virtual mecca for shopping, fine dining.

| December Ride |
|

December will take us to the Reagan Library. Located in Simi Valley the Library houses over 55 million pages of Gubernatorial, Presidential and personal papers and over 40,000 gifts and artifacts chronicling the lives of Ronald and Nancy Reagan. It now also serves as the final resting place of America’s 40th President.
